Version V5.9C of NEWS has been produced.

Right now the only method of access to this version is via ftp. I will shortly
(tomorrow) generate patch and diff versions of 5.9C and also place the software
on a PSI node for those who want to collect it that way.

The method of obtaining this release is to

	ftp to 130.56.4.25
	username ftp - ident as password
	cd pub
	cd anu-news
	get anu-news-v59c.tar.Z
	quit

On a Unix system (or using a compatible tool under VMS) uncompress the file,
and then (again on unix (or using a compatible tool under VMS) extract the
files from the tar archive.
