Broad St Athens, GA 30602 (404)-542-3265 CLIPS was reviewed in the April 1988 issue of AI Expert. One advantage of CLIPS is that you get the C source code, so you can modify it. One dis- advantage is that it is not a commercial product, so it does not have all the bells and whistles that you would expect in one. Other shells that will run on UNIX platforms include Nixdorf's Twaice, KES from Software A&E, and Nexpert Object. I believe that ExSys Professional will also run under UNIX.
