Nemacs Ver.3.2.3 (YUMENO-AWAYUKI version) has just been
released.  You can 'anonymous ftp' it from
ftp.cs.titech.ac.jp (131.112.16.39).  Please inspect the
directory JAPAN/nemacs3.2.  The file README in this
directory will help you.  This version fixes many serious
bugs of Nemacs Ver.3.2.0 (HARIKUYOU version).
