I have not had much luck at first glance at finding a (_good_)
database program that enables you to access the data via
a *Microsoft* C API or even precompiler.

Does anyone out there have any recommendations?  They would
be greatly appreciated.  If I were able to thank the person
who gets me the info by sending flowers or beer over email,
I would :).
