A couple of months back a book on database implementation was mentioned
here.  It was listed as "The Information Systems" book (authors Kroenke
and Dolan, Loomis, Pratt and Adamsky.)  I have not been able to locate this
book.  Does anyone know the publisher's name, or have a pointer to where 
I could get this book?  The original poster of the note was Lee Sailer at
Penn State University.  I don't know how to contact Lee directly. Lee, if 
you're out there, please respond.  Thanks.
