The C-M-v for "scroll-other-window"  doesn't work
as indicated. Maybe, I am not pressing the keys
(CTL and ESC) in the proper sequence. Please
help me out here!

Not to waste bandwidth, I would like to
include this  unrelated query:
When there are more than one stopped jobs,
how does one re-start a particular job that
is among the ones suspended?
