It's amazing how other people using your code can uncover bugs!

The versions of calendar.el, diary.el, and holidays.el in the responses to
this base note reflect corrections to the files posted last week.

Many minor things have been fixed, but the main change is in the European
date capability in the diary: There were objections to the comma in the
form DAY MONTH YEAR.  The new version eliminates the comma making those
forms agree with standard usage.

This time I've included in the posting the manual section that describes
the calendar.
