This is precisely the reason that I use the VM-MAIL package. It allows
incoming mail to be sorted based on regular expressions in the subject
and from mail headers.

Heck, if you don't need it for existing mail files, I would suggest
that you switch to another mail package, otherwise you might consider
borrowing the code from vm-mail.
