All weather imagery is going to get you is cloud cover.  If you want
Landsat Multispectral Scanner or Thematic Mapper data, you probably
won't find it ftpable from anywhere.  Depending on coverage and
spatial resolution, a tape of satellite imagery can cost thousands of
dollars and usually comes with a liscense agreement regarding not
disseminating it.  There might be some old stuff out there.  If you
find some, let me know.
