Could someone recommend a good C++ textbook.  I'll be teaching C++ to
UCLA Extension students.  I'm not looking for a hardcore precise type
book but more of an introduction to C++.  Most students development
platform will be DOS and chapter questions and a teacher's guide are
a ++.
