Several quick questions:

	- How does one get a copy of the format?

	- Define "publicly available".  e.g.:
		(a) Will I be able to get it off of the Adobe file server
	    -or-
		(b) will I have to pay $X for it?

		If the answer is (b), then what amount is X?
