It can be obtained by anonymous FTP from wsmr-simtel20.army.mil. Try the following files: pd1 post.pas ascii file pd1:text2ps.arc binary file pd1:post12.pas ascii file All are versions of the same turbo pascal program. The latest vversion is 2.11.
