Please forgive me if the following subject has already been beat to death 
in this newsgroup ...

I heard a rumor that there are companies in the business of buying used 
HP Laserjet toner cartridges, refilling them, and reselling the refurbished
carts.

I would appreciate any info substantiating the existence of such companies.
