  Some time back, I recall reading a number of postings from people
who had done consulting work, and had submitted lists of DOs and DONTs
regarding how to protect oneself as a private consultant.  Can anyone
refresh my memory just where I saw that?  I am teaching a course
in large-scale programming and thought I might throw in hints from
people who have been there (in the real world) and survived.
