For the time being, the bugs.nosc.mil Minix archives are dismembered
and only partially available during the reorganisation.  For the sake of
disk space, I intend to delete the original postings of the version
updates from AST in favor of the compressed update kits I've put
together.  I am putting together a kit for 1.3-1.5.0 now.
