    I just got UUPC unpacked and, and I was compiling the libraries, I noticed
something. Oh dear, I don't have modemcap.h. Is there anyone out there who has
this include file? I would really appreciate any help I could get. I can accept
a copy by e-mail, or someone could point me to an FTP site where I can snatch
it from. Thank you in advance.
