I am planning to write a few music tools to do things such as check
for errors in counterpoint.  To facilitate this, and add compatibility
to existing software, I was wondering if anyone could provide me with,
or point me to, the file structure for the DMCS file and also the SMUS 
convention.  Then I could load any of their files and anylize them through
the filters I will write.
