No, you can't wedge one in, but would you have to? Frank assumes that you'd boot with the HP protocol, but couldn't you boot with the Sun protocol? You'd need to port Sun's boot protocol from a Sun server to an HP9000 (a simple matter of software :-). I don't know anybody who has ever done this port. I don't know whether it would be easy or hard. If you try it and you have problems, I can imagine what they'd say to you at the Western Regional Response Center. Something like "You did WHAT?"
