Well, there is one way, but it's not using HP-UX. MtXinu has a BSD 4.3 product that has NFS 4.0 and runs on the 300. My understanding is that it can act as a diskless server or client with Sun Systems. You would be giving up actual HP-UX and the support that HP provides.
