I am interested in porting software writte in HP-9000 series 500 BASIC (in the HP BASIC multitasking operating system) to HP-BASIC on HP-9000 series 300 running on HP-UX. I am interested in knowing if anyone has tried this before, and of possible porting problems I may encounter. The original software uses the multitasking capabilities of the HP-BASIC OS, and I am especially interested in the implications of using HP-UX BASIC for multitasking. I would also appreciate any evaluation of HP-BASIC under HP-UX concerning preformance, compilation speeds, etc. Please reply by E-MAIL. Gil Tene. devil@techunix.bitnet devil@techunix.technion.ac.il
