The card is advertised as being downward compatible with all the various previous standards including Hercules (which is what I had before I got the EVEREX card). However, when I try and use Ventura Publisher with the Everex card (VP is configured with the Hercules driver) the video doesn't work. I can move the mouse around by 'feel' and get the pull down menus to work, but the screen retains the image it had when I ran Ventura (DOS command line etc.). If anyone has any idea what the problem is please let me know. Any general information about the card would be appreciated ( if its junk I can still send t it back). Oh by the way, it is populated with 512 kb and has bios 1.05. Thanks ahead of time, Mark Frey
