My brother (a general contractor, with no access to the net) is looking
for software (shareware or $$) that will print, as he puts it:

"The government requires 'Right to Know' statements for any chemical,
be it paint thinner, motor oil, you-name-it, that I use on a given
job site.  These statements must list ingredients and instructions
for use, plus give antedote information in case of human ingestion.
I understand there is software for PC's that will print these
statements."

Is there?  Please e-mail any info you may have.  And, of course, thanks
