I would like to purchase a package that provides support for the following:
	- Windows, menus, forms, various editable inputs, etc.
Any other features, bells, whistles, etc would be appreciated.

I it to work in the following environment:
	- IBM PC (8086s even ... sigh!), C language, supporting text modes
		on the usual array of graphics boards (up to VGA).
Graphics mode support and/or other versions with the same API for other
environments (mac, x, windows, pm, ...) are nice plusses, but not required.

I also need the following:
	- No royalty fees
	- Source code supplied

I know there are quite a few of these out there, so e-mail me your 
recommendations for your favorites.
