  I'm looking for a program that will give me the declination (that's the angle
above the horizon, isn't it?) of familiar stars in the night sky.  I'd like
to be able to give it a time, date, & latitude, and the program give me the
declination of the star/constellation.  (ie  I tell it Jan 1, 1990, 12:01 am,
and 50 deg. and the star, and it tells me it's altitude).  Anything??
