I see that John Dvorak is distributing Telix/SE with his book on
Telecommunications.  Is this a new version of Telix, the shareware
package that's been around for a few years?

It says it's free.  Does this mean that registration is included,
or just the disk, and you have to pay extra for registration?  I 
suspect the latter, but if it's totally free, it may be worth
getting, since I've heard good things about Telix.
