According to the 89 IC Master, the the 68010 has three manufacturers, Motorola (natch), Signetics (P/N SCN68010), and SGS-Thomson (P/N MK68010). Toshiba was not mentioned, but that could have been an ommision. Why not call a few Motorola distributors and ask if they know of a 68010 at 16MHz? I have found Hall-Mark really helpful when i was trying to find a part that may or may not have existed.
