I talked to Apple about a month ago (I think that it was to Developer Services
and to Software Licensing). They said that MacX would probably be out thru 
APDA mid year and out through the software licensing organization a couple 
months before that.

'Course none of this should be considered reliable... considering the
track record of software releases.
