I've gotten a few responses to my request for modem information.  A few
people have pointed me towards the Practical Peripherals modem and the
Supra modem (both 2400 baud models).  If you have one of these, please
write back to me to tell me what you think about it.  Problems?  Horror
stories?  Love stories?  Anything?  

How about the Anchor modem?  What's your opinion of that?  Feel free to
comment on other brands of inexpensive 2400 baud modem.  My mind is still
open!
