Sorry to disagree with those that are disagreeing, but UPS to Canada is
risky business.  I've never had any problems UPSing in the states, but
have had numerous problems to my parents in Canada:

   - it is considerably slower than surface mail
   - it is much more likely to get caught in customs (does Canadian
        customs harass UPS?)

Note that these are just my observations from my experience.  I continue
to use UPS for packages in the states, but good old surface mail to Canada.
