Well, I receive mail that is addressed to my neighbors on nearby streets on a fairly frequent basis (2 to 3 times a month), and my magazines often don't arrive (if ever) until the subsequent issue is mailed. I've even received (via US Mail) a book, wrapped in a cardboard box, that had obviously been soaking in a bucket for a day or two. Coincidentally, this was just after I had reported the gawdawful mail service we had been receiving to the local postal supervisor. This has been happening for five years, and I don't expect it to get any better. Sigh.....
