A friend of mine is interested in buying a Mac.  She will need it
initially to replace index cards, and later to write her thesis.  The
complications arise as a result of her field of study - Near Eastern
Studies.  This imposes the requirement that the software be usable for
Arabic, Persian and Hebrew (as well as English, of course).  The
Arabic is the most important and Persian and Hebrew would be useful.
Does anybody know of possible software both for indexcards and for
wordprocessing with the above language requirements?
