I bought a Quantum-based 80MB drive from them a year ago. When it died the first time after five months they replaced it within 48 hours. When it went a second time they gave me a 100MB Connor drive. (They've given up on Quantum for the time being.) I don't believe it would be right to hold them responsible for Quantum's quality problems and have nothing but praise for their tech support people. BTW, I bought my MicroNet through MacLand in Arizona, an example of everything a mail order operation should be.
