I am considering publishing a stack as public domain or shareware.
What sort of copyright/rights reserved notices need to go on it and
where should they go (on the first card only?)?  Also, and this is of
more concern to me, can I include artwork (icons, pictures) that are
part of the Hypercard distribution software, or will I be violating
Apple's copyright?  (I'm not much of an artist myself.)
