Zook xorn furlin (Greetings!) people.  Is there any way for a DA to be
loaded in the Application heap under MF *without* the user depressing
Option?

Also, my DA's have their dNeedGoodBye bits set;  however, many of them are
utility DA's that need to be loaded into the application heap and in MF
when the Application quits out from under my DA's they *do not* receive
any goodbye kiss!  Why not?  How can I change things so they do?
