I am working on a stack that should allow to users to read 
data on remote disks.
I want that my stack controls  if a file on remote disk is
been modified from last, same, reading operation. Is there
any XFCN that return the last modification date?
I heard  about "developer's stack" and  "dartmouth stack" 
(are these PD stacks?).  I don't know where to find these 
stacks and furthermore I don't have ftp access to info-mac 
or any compuserve. Can anyone help me?
