As an undergrad at UCSD am I eligible to get a NeXT at the student rate even though UCSD does not carry (offer for sale) the cube? Anyone know how I can go about getting one? Also, I heard that soon-to-be-released features include a graphics co-processor, color support, and the 68040 based motherboard. Is there any truth to this and if so, and I manage to get one *NOW*, will NeXT offer any kind of upgrade policy? What would people do with their MegaPixel (mono) monitors? One more- Can any SCSI device can be attached to the cube? (could you simply plug in an Apple laserwriter, or a big SCSI hard drive?) or is a specific NeXT driver required for each? Thanks in advance! Jeff Beck
