Paul Pomes and I have now merged the p4200 and info-proteon lists into
one (p4200@devvax).  I believe I've removed the duplicates; let me know
if you get two copies of this.  Also, I've taken this opportunity to
rework the way the list is built, and I'm watching this message as it
goes out to make sure everything looks okay.
