The system you have is a Ridge 32S ( a single users system).  I had one at my
desk for a month or two before it crashed.  Mine had the same symptoms yours
is having now.  I looked through all the documentation to find a solution.  It
recommended I insert a certain floppy to check the memory.  I was unable to
locate a copy of the floppy it requested.  Good luck!
