Easy on the anti war-monger motif, It seems to me that the objective here is to not even have any of the F-xx planes available for flight or dog. That's easy enough. Just remove the data files for these planes from the demos/lib/flight directory (I think that's where they are). The only ones that would be left are the Cessna and the 747 and the P-38 plus the files containing the airport, hills, etc. As I recall, the Cessna and the 747 don't have any 'shooting and killing parts' to them so you're set.
