|Is there software available to enable DOS files to be read from and
|written to the 3.5 inch floppy drive in the SUN 3/80?  I am aware that it
|can be done using the DOS emulator product but I would like to read DOS
|stuff while using Unix.  It seems a simple requirement but nobody I have
|asked knows of anything.

I asked this question a while back and was pointed to mtools, in the
comp.sources archives. I haven't tried the programs but it looked like
all that was needed was for some of the params to be changed for the HD
diskette format. Maybe one of the people I forwarded the result of my
search to has already tried mtools and can report?
