Does anyone have a short code sequence which will determine if the Transputer
a program is running on has a hardware FPU?  One approach would be to decode
the results of the device ID instruction, but since new devices are continually
being developed this seems prone to frequent maintenance...

One partial solution would be to look at MemStart which would filter out the
T414 stuff, but not the T400/T425/etc -vs- the T800/T801/T805/etc
