Hello, everyone,

Has anyone heard of any Public Domain package implementing Native Language
Support? I'm looking for such a product for using it on non-X/OPEN systems,
MS-DOS systems and VMS systems. So it has to be written in C. When you
have heared of anything like that, just let me know.
