I am trying to connect a LaserWriter to a DECstation 3100, and I can't
find any documentation on setting up the software.  Should I make the
lp entry in /etc/printcap "/dev/printer"?  Are there any other
printcap parameters (like fc and fs) that I need?  Thanks,
