A kill -1 on vpix is the only way out. I spent most of today taking my system all the way back to a clean installation of everything. Along the way I tried various things. The end result is that vpix works just fine over the serial line until that point where I install "Update A", which takes the system from 2.3.2 to 2.3.3 (UFJ Disk) and VPIX from 1.1.0 to 1.1.1. I install UFJ and things are still OK. I install the two disks of Update A and the problem mysteriously reappears. (Yes, I did follow the instructions... :-) ) Anyone else have a similar problem with this update?
