Would you Please tell me:

   If I have a file in /tmp like the following example !

-rw-rw-rw-   1 root     root         205 Jan  1 09:20 .uunow.debug

   Can someone utilize this file in any way to gain 'root' access to a
system ?                            ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

I see discussions about security, file access and permissions, but never
an answer this one.  Any and all comments are appreciated.
