Not Working Properly Message-ID: <37@tygra.UUCP> Date: 1 Jan 90 13:59:25 GMT Organization: ThunderCat Systems Inc, Detroit, MI Lines: 16 I've got a hercules compatable monochrome monitor and for some reason it doesn't seem to behave properly when I use the vi editor. Whenever I delete or insert characters, it doesn't reflect the changes correctly on the screen. I've tried 'setenv TERM'ing using ansi, vt100 and a few other, all without success. The controller is a Hercules compatable card and the monitor is a Packard Bell amber monitor. The system is SCO Xenix 386 2.3.2. -- = CAT-TALK Conferencing Network, Prototype Computer Conferencing System = - 1-800-446-4698, 300/1200/2400 baud, 8/N/1. New users use 'new' - = as a login id.
