I want to input information to a program which processes an arbitrary
number of geologic layers.  For each layer I need to specify a few
physical parameters.  I'd like to design a small form with some text
input fields and check boxes and then handle any number of copies of
that form with a Hypercard-like manager.  Does any exist?
