Hey, folks, if you are smart, you'll go to any machine BUT EXPO to get
the X distribution.  It is likely to have the poorest performance of any site.

EXPO is an interior machine at MIT; the other sites are all logically
closer to you than EXPO.
 
For example:
 
crl.dec.com is directly on NEARNET.
Gatekeeper.dec.com is directly on BARNET.
 
In addition, EXPO now limits the number of incoming FTP connections.
