When attempting to compile libg++ 1.36.1 on a sun3 running sunos 3.5,
compilation of "src/builtin.cc" fails because of missing "float.h"
header file.

I previously installed libg++ 1.35.0 with no compilation problems,
but I don't see what is wrong here.
