The machine hal.cwru.edu has met its demise at last; as a result, mail to
ncoast is no longer functional (as I'm sure you've noticed).  Please route
mail to cwjcc.ins.cwru.edu!ncoast.org!... in the future.  I will be submitting
an updated map entry shortly, and am arranging to get the Internet forwarders
updated to use the new path.
